Tablab

TabLab is a school transformation program focused on rural schools around the world. 250 million children of primary school age world-wide – about 40 percent of the total – cannot read, write or do basic math. The rural schools that serve many of these children are outside the reach of electricity, internet, and state-run teacher training programs. TabLab’s solution is not to build new schools, but to transform existing schools through technology and teacher training.
