Womankind Worldwide is a women’s rights and international development organization. They work to end violence against women and girls and make sure that women have an equal say in the decisions which affect their lives.
Close to 20% of the population is illiterate. The World Literacy Foundation was founded to help eradicate this staggering statistic through the promotion of literacy and education, and the provision of learning resources and teaching materials.
Raising a Reader is a U.S. nonprofit organization offering local agencies an evidence-based early literacy and parent engagement program. The program has demonstrated it can improve the reading readiness skills of children from birth to age eight.
Achievement for All is a movement focused on educational change. Their aim is to build a world in which all children are seen as having potential, and where every child is enabled to be the best that they can be.
